By downloading, installing, or using UniBudget ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2Description of Service

UniBudget is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

• Track income and expenses
• Set and monitor budgets
• Use AI-powered financial assistant
• Generate financial reports

3User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data
• You are responsible for all activities on your device
• You must provide accurate information

4Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription

• UniBudget offers optional Premium subscriptions
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Prices are displayed in the App before purchase

Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple
• We do not process refunds directly

5Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the App
• Use the AI chatbot for non-financial queries
• Share your subscription with others

6Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by UniBudget
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
• "UniBudget" name and logo are trademarks

7Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• The App will be error-free
• Financial advice accuracy
• Continuous availability

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

9Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

• If you violate these Terms
• At our sole discretion

11Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
